About Swapnil
I’m Swapnil Khalekar, an AI Product Manager based in Pune, India. I’ve spent the last 11 years building products across 6 domains, mostly in the unglamorous middle where real value gets created: messy processes, misaligned stakeholders, unclear requirements, and big outcomes hiding inside small details.
Right now I’m a Senior Agile Product Owner at Wolters Kluwer, working on AI-powered invoice automation using OCR + NLP. Before that I was a Product Owner at Homelike Internet GmbH (Germany), and earlier a Senior Business Analyst at ThoughtWorks on a Daimler automotive platform. I’ve also worked at Capita and a few other places where you learn to ship with constraints.
Some numbers I’m proud of (because they represent real-world impact, not vanity metrics):
- 80% reduction in lost automation opportunities
- 15% increase in occupancy rate at Homelike
- 25% YoY growth in supply inventory
- 20% operating cost reduction at Capita
What I’m building now

- AI agent setup: I’m exploring AI agents hands-on. I’m running OpenClaw on WSL2 (Windows), automating workflows via Telegram, and building this playbook end-to-end using AI agents.
